The highlighted squared section in the below photo is your specific log in credentials you need to access the Web URL. Your Campus Apartments issued credentials are separate from this and will not provide you access to the Web Phone.
In order to receive a Welcome Email, one must be requested from the Help Desk at 215-243-5101 or helpdesk@campusapts.com. After you receive your Welcome Email, please follow the instructions provided in that email. If you have any questions, concerns, or problems, please contact the Help Desk. Please be sure to include your extension and a good call back number when submitting your ticket.
