We've updated the Daily COVID certification form. For most people this will be transparent, however if you are using a bookmarked link to the certification form, please discontinue using that link.
You should always start the certification process from your Okta dashboard (either from a phone, tablet or computer) before you enter any Campus Apartments premises. Everyone will have the Okta tile on your dashboard, and it looks like this:
Please remember - always start the certification by clicking this tile.

Once you have clicked it you will see the certification form:

Simply click or tap the certification option (either you have or haven't had symptoms) and then click or tap 'Certify'.
If you have not had symptoms, and to the best of your knowledge, you have not been exposed within the past 14 days to anyone with those symptoms or who may have COVID-19 or who has tested positive for COVID-19, you can just proceed.
If you have had symptoms, or have been exposed to someone with symptoms or to anyone who may have or has COVID-19, remember you must not go to work, and you must contact HR as soon as possible.
