
You will need to review their information in Active Directory (AD), and update it if necessary. More and more technology systems use the information stored in AD, and if your information is not complete and up to date, you may not be able to access certain systems or they may not function correctly. It's quick and easy - click on the chiclet image as shown above on your Okta dashboard, find your name and check what's stored there. If there's anything missing or incomplete, just click the Update tab.
