Campus Apartments stores all files on our cloud-based file storage system, Box. Access to files on Box are tied to your corporate identity (i.e. your network sign-in credentials), your work location and job function. Box features in application file editing, file collaboration and versioning. Files are organized on Box by Department and Departmental folders on Box are embedded in Igloo's Departmental pages. Box can be used on a desktop with a Windows File Explorer like tool called Box Drive, from a browser and from a robust native mobile app.
Once you click on the Box link in Okta, it will take you to your home screen. The home screen will show the folders you have been added to and have access.
