How to Tell What Phone You Have

No matter the model phone you have, each Yealink phone deployed by the Help Desk will have their model number clearly stated on the front of the phone.

Hardware

Located below the photo of the Yealink Model T29 is the names of specific parts of the phone. In the instance you are having difficulty with any of the the physical accessories of the phone, it is crucial that you are able to specify what part of the phone is having an issue.
