The steps outlined below are how to print a Network Configuration Page. You can still use this option even if the reported printer is offline.
- Make sure the printer is turned on, and there's a sheet of A4 or Letter-sized paper loaded.
- Press the Menu button.
- Press the right arrow and the down arrow
to select 
Setup, then press OK. - Select
Device settings, then press OK. - Use the arrow buttons
to select LAN settings, then press OK. - Use the arrow buttons to select Confirm LAN settings, then press OK.
- Use the arrow buttons to select Print LAN details, then press OK.
- Use the arrow buttons to select Yes, then press OK to start printing.
