Your Campus Apartments issued credentials will grant you access to your Corporate Workstation as well as Okta. Your passphrase is confidential and should not be given to anyone else under any circumstances. The Help Desk will never ask you for your passphrase.
As a Campus Apartments employee, you will probably interact with a PC at some point of your day. When you initially turn a computer on, you will see the image below.
- To sign into your desktop, enter your Username and Password then hit Etner.
- Your username is your first name followed by a period, then your last name.
- So John Doe's username is jdoe. Add '@campusapts.com’ after and that is your email address, e.g. john.doe@campusapts.com. Type that in the username field. Then enter your passphrase and click the arrow or press enter.
