In order for you to access AWS an instance must be allocated to you. You must submit a ticket to helpdesk@campusapts.com with your General Manager as well as your Regional Manager on the request. If you have any issues connecting to your WorkSpace, please contact the Help Desk.
Installing Amazon Workspaces
Current in production registration code: SLiad+Q46ECT
- Download and install a WorkSpaces Client on your persoanl computer:
- https://clients.amazonworkspaces.com. (Always install as "Just for you")
- Launch the client and enter the following registration code: SLiad+Q46ECT
- Login with your Campus Apartments Username and password. Please do not include the @campusapts.com
- Type "push" into the MFA Code field
Troubleshooting Amazon Workspaces
If you see the error below, follow the outlined steps to check the registration code is correct.
To troubleshoot the above error:
1. Have the end user launch Amazon Workspaces. Once fully loaded, click on the gear icon.
2. Click on Manage Registrations
3. Ensure that the current code of SLiad+Q46ECT is registered.
